Sig Sauer P365-FUSE IWB Holster & Magazine Carrier Combo – Streamlight TLR-7 Sub (1913)

This Right-Hand or Left-Hand Inside the Waistband (IWB) combination package is designed for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE equipped with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub (1913 version) weapon-mounted light. The package includes a light-bearing IWB holster and a matching P365-FUSE IWB magazine carrier for a consistent, concealed carry setup.

Holster retention is achieved on the weapon-mounted light, not the firearm itself. The holster will not retain the pistol unless a compatible light is properly mounted.

Belt Attachments & Carry Configuration

The holster includes a Modwing to reduce printing and ships with your choice of Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock or Ulticlip Ultituck belt attachments on both the holster and magazine carrier.

Light Compatibility & Fitment

For proper fit and retention, one of the following 1913-mounted Streamlight lights must be installed:

Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub USB (Part #69505)

Our preferred option for this holster is the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub USB.

This holster will NOT function with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub SIG version.

The holster is compatible with the 1913 TLR-7 Sub key from Henry Holsters and Tactical Development. Using these keys may cause the pistol to sit slightly lower in the holster.

Magazine Carrier Details

The included IWB magazine carrier is designed specifically for the P365-FUSE magazine and supports appendix or strong-side carry. Retention is adjustable to suit individual preferences.

An extended carrier body helps conceal the longer magazine by positioning more of it below the belt, reducing outward tilt, and minimizing magazine printing.

The ambidextrous design allows bullets to be oriented forward or rearward, with adjustable height and approximately 20 degrees of cant.
