Why Narino Produces Exceptional Coffee

Narino sits high in the Colombian Andes, whereations between 1,900 and 2,300 meters slow thedevelopment of the coffee cherry. That extra time allows natural sugars to concentrate, producing the layered sweetness and fruit complexity that make this region one of the most s in the world. The Castillo, Tabi, and Bourbonvarieties each contribute something unique, creating a balanced cup that's bright, sweet, and remarkably smooth.

Why Air Roasting Matters

We roast every batch on the Loring S35 Kestrel, using clean hot air rather than direct flame. The result is exceptional clarity, preserved fruit character, and none of ts delicate origin flavors.

How to Brew

Pour Over (Recommended): 200&ater ratio, 45-second bloom before finishing yourpour. Let it cool slightly before the first sip. The peach, mango, and caramel become even more expressive as the cup cools.

Cold Brew: Steep at a 1:8 ratio for 18 to 20 hours in the refrigerator for an incredibly smooth cup with jam-like fruit sweetness and a rich body.
