We show up ready to grind—focus, reps, sweat, and all that hard work. We're here to get things done, push limits, and lift heavy. But if there’s a dog around, let’s be honest, priorities might just shift. We’re not here to mess around—UNLESS, of course, it involves a game of fetch or sneaking in some belly rubs between sets.
"Only Here for the Dogs" is all about that balance: we’re serious about our workouts, but if there’s a four-legged friend around, they're the real MVP. After all, hitting a PR feels great, but nothing quite compares to that wagging tail and the joy a pup brings when the work is done.
I guess, in a way, we’re kinda like a “mullet” - all business up front… but we’ll party in the back too, as long as the back involves a gym dog.
