We started with the idea of a classic fine Italian fragrance: brilliant citrus, crisp aromatics, clean woods, and effortless Mediterranean style. Then we pushed it forward with airy Hedione and Iso E Super for a smoother, more modern trail.

The result is bright, polished, and sophisticated with just enough edge hiding underneath.

What is Giallo?

Giallo is a style of Italian thriller and horror cinema that exploded in popularity during the 1960s and 1970s. The films became known for vivid color, stylish cinematography, elaborate murder mysteries, masked or black-gloved killers, pulpy violence, and unforgettable soundtracks.

The word giallo literally means “yellow” in Italian, a reference to the yellow-covered mystery novels that helped inspire the genre.

Why does the fragrance smell this way?

We wanted Giallo to feel unmistakably Italian without simply smelling old-fashioned. Bright bergamot, grapefruit, and yuzu give it that classic Mediterranean freshness, while smooth woods, musk, Hedione, and Iso E Super bring the fragrance into the present.
