What material are they made from?
The shackle body is made from T6-6061 aluminum and finished with a ceramic coating for a clean look and added surface protection.

What size pin do these shackles use?
These shackles use a 7/8” steel pin.

Is the pin stainless steel?
No. The pin is steel, not stainless steel.

What is the inside opening between the mounting legs?
The mounting leg opening is 1.23” on the standard 3/4” Extreme Duty Aluminum D-Shackle product ,We always recommend measuring your bumper’s shackle mount before ordering to confirm fitment.

Will these fit my bumper?
These shackles fit many aftermarket bumper shackle mounts designed for a standard 3/4” D-shackle with a 7/8” pin. Because bumper tab thickness and eyelet design can vary, we recommend checking your bumper’s shackle mount dimensions before ordering.

Are there any known bumper fitment exceptions?
Yes. These shackles are not compatible with Next Venture Motorsports Jeep JL/JT front or rear bumpers.

Do these come with D-ring isolators?
No. D-ring isolators are not included with this shackle set.

Are these sold as a pair?
Yes. This product is sold as a pair. If you only need one shackle, please contact us and we can help with a single-unit order.

Can I order a custom color?

Is the coating covered under warranty?
The shackle is covered by MOJAB’s lifetime warranty, but normal coating wear is not covered. Ceramic coating can fade, discolor, scratch, or show surface wear over time from UV exposure, trail use, abrasion, and repeated contact.

Can these be used for recovery?
Yes. These shackles are built for off-road recovery use when used within their rated limits and connected to properly rated recovery points. Always inspect your shackles, pins, and recovery points before use.
